Senior Salesforce Developer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled senior Salesforce developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing, customizing, and implementing Salesforce solutions. As a senior developer, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and deploying high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the Salesforce platform
- Design, develop, and deploy customizations, integrations, and configurations of Salesforce applications
- Develop custom Salesforce applications using Apex and Visualforce
- Customize Salesforce pages, objects, fields, and workflow rules
- Develop, test, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Salesforce APIs, web services, and other third-party integrations
- Analyze and optimize Salesforce application performance and scalability
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Manage deployment of Salesforce changes to production environment
- Keep up to date with new Salesforce features, functionality, and integrations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 5 years of experience as a Salesforce developer
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Salesforce APIs
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using SOAP and REST APIs
- Experience with Salesforce DX and version control systems like Git
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Einstein Analytics is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Certifications:
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator is a plus

Responsibilities and Skills:
- Designing PRPC applications including requirements gathering, Class structure design, Rules Design and Process Design
- Good knowledge on PRPC Guardrails
- Experience in integration capabilities such as Rule-Connects and Rule-Services of PRPC
- Good requirement Analysis, Written and Oral communication skills
- Good knowledge on Object oriented concepts and Web services
- Experienced in RUP methodology
- Leading a technical team to design, Develop and implement rules
- Extensive experience in J2EE
